• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt any Zupaws service

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service quality.

4. Appointments & Bookings

• Slots depend on vet availability

• Home visits may be rescheduled due to emergencies, traffic, or weather

• Consultations require stable internet and on-time presence

5. Payments

• All prices are shown clearly on the website

• Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways

• Zupaws does not store card/UPI details

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund rules follow the Zupaws Refund Policy:

• Full refund if cancelled within the allowed time

• No refund for late cancellations or no-shows

• Full refund or reschedule if Zupaws cancels

7. Limitations of Liability

Zupaws is not liable for:

• Emergency situations

• Losses caused by incomplete or incorrect user-provided information

• Delays, interruptions, or external technical issues

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
