3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel online consultations 1 hour before → Full refund
Cancel home visits 3 hours before → Full refund
Late cancellations or no-shows → No refund
If Zupaws cancels → full refund or reschedule
Refunds take 3–7 working days to the original payment method.
